Erin Zhou

Erin Zhou has had a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Starting in 2009, Zhou had an internship as an Operations Specialist at United Natural Foods Inc. Zhou then went on to become a full-time Operations Specialist, with responsibilities including product analysis and marketing operations. In 2014, Zhou joined Ross Stores, Inc. as an Operations Supervisor before being promoted to Director of Operations in 2017. Most recently, in 2021, Zhou became the Chief Operating Officer at Bruin Biometrics, LLC, where they are responsible for developing operation strategies and tactics for e-commerce platforms and brand projects.

Erin Zhou obtained their Bachelors Degree in 2009 from Zhejiang University, where they focused on Bachelors Degree studies. Later on, they pursued Master's Studies at Harvard University from 2012 to 2014, specializing in the field of Finance.
