Carlos Mares

Carlos Mares is an experienced executive in mergers and acquisitions and business development, currently serving as Vice President M&A and Business Development for the CALID Group at Bruker Corporation since February 2023. Previously, Carlos held the position of Vice President M&A at All4Labels - Global Packaging Group from January 2021 to February 2023, and served as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA from November 2015 to December 2020. Carlos began their career at KAEFER, where roles included Corporate Development Manager and an internship focused on corporate social responsibility. Education includes an MBA with honors from ESMT Berlin, complemented by an international exchange in International Business from HSB Hochschule Bremen, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
