Eliza Romanowska

Eliza Romanowska has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, with a current role as GL Process Lead and RTR Manager at Bruker since May 2020. In this position, Eliza oversees a team of 6 leaders and approximately 70 specialists, managing financial reporting for over 50 legal entities. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Solenis as General Ledger Team Leader and Supervisor, where supervision of GL specialists and operations for multiple entities was a key responsibility. Additional past positions include Senior GL Accountant and GL Accountant Analyst at Zoetis, as well as various accounting roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where Eliza handled complex accounting tasks such as intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing processes. Eliza holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting from Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Warszawie and a Master's degree in English Philology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
