Paulina Lara

Paulina Lara is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the Order to Cash (OTC) process, currently serving as Senior AR Process Lead at Bruker since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing OTC operations across EMEA and Americas, overseeing AR accounting, disputes, credit, and collections, as well as leading a team of approximately 40 full-time employees. Previously, Paulina worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., from February 2011 to March 2019, as an OTC Manager overseeing full OTC operations for the Security business in the EMEA region and managing significant transformation projects, team creation, and stakeholder communication. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Finance & Accountancy from the University of Warsaw, completed between 2008 and 2014, and possesses a robust background in accounts payables and customer service roles, establishing a strong foundation in finance and operational excellence.
