Sanjit Bhowmick

Sanjit Bhowmick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in materials engineering and microscopy products. Currently serving as Product Line Manager for Hysitron Microscopy Products at Bruker since March 2017, Sanjit has previously held the position of Senior Staff Scientist at Hysitron, Inc. from April 2011 to March 2017. Sanjit's academic background includes an Assistant Research Professor and Research Scientist role at the University of Connecticut from March 2008 to April 2011, and a Research Associate position at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) from August 2004 to March 2008. Sanjit received a Masters of Engineering and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 2000 and 2004.
