Valeria Luzza

Valeria Luzza currently serves as the HR Country Manager for Switzerland and Global HR Business Partner at Bruker, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Valeria was with SIX from December 2016 to October 2023, progressing through roles including Senior HR Consultant and Senior HR Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR for the Financial Information business unit across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, advising management on personnel matters, and leading global workforce transformation projects. Valeria began a career in HR at the University of Zurich, supporting HR operations for the department of medicine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in General Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, along with several certifications in HR management and vocational training.
