Heather Kirby is an experienced professional in the hospitality and event management sectors, currently serving as the General Manager at Brûlée Catering by Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing four accounts and ensuring adherence to brand standards in food and beverage services. Prior roles include Retail Store Manager at Starbucks, where Heather Kirby focused on team development and community engagement, and Retail Manager at Target, leading a team of 25 members. Additionally, Heather Kirby gained valuable experience as an Event Services Coordinator at Roberts Event Group, managing corporate events and vendor negotiations. Heather Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University, obtained in 2005.
