Tracy Hoard

Tracy Hoard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and coaching. Currently serving as the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Traders Point Christian Schools and as the Training and Development Leader at Brulin, Tracy is dedicated to fostering a corporate learning culture by designing and implementing transformational training curricula. Previous roles include Senior Training Manager at GEODIS, where Tracy drove operational training strategies and secured state funding grants, and Global Learning and Development Trainer at TradeRev, focusing on onboarding and staff education. Tracy's career began at NBIB Contract, progressing through various training and investigations leadership roles. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University and has contributed significantly to the development and execution of effective training programs throughout the career.
