Johanna Hoffstedt has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Johanna is currently the Head of Group Communications at Brummer & Partners since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Co-Founder of Entrepreneurs for Good / HOPE by Nelso from January 2014 onwards. In this role, they successfully implemented and financed a new department for innovative therapies for children with cancer at Astrid Lindgrens Barnsjukhus, Stockholm, through strong and effective communication strategies.

Before their role at Entrepreneurs for Good, Johanna worked as the Communications Manager at Lannebo Fonder from September 2016 to March 2019. Johanna was responsible for managing all communications activities in the organization.

From August 2008 to September 2015, they served as the Communications and Marketing Manager at East Capital. Johanna was responsible for overseeing the communications and marketing initiatives for the company.

Prior to this, Johanna worked as the Communications Manager, Private Banking at Swedbank from August 2005 to August 2008. Johanna also worked at Swedbank as a Marketing Coordinator from September 2001 to June 2005.

Johanna's career began at Bodwell Internet School, where they held the position of Communications Manager from October 2000 to June 2001.

Johanna Hoffstedt completed their Master's degree in Communications from Stockholm University from 1997 to 2001. Johanna also participated in the Marketing Executives Programme at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education in 2006. In 2016, they attended the Berghs School of Communication for Digital Management and received leadership development training at Clear Leadership. Additionally, they pursued studies in UGL (the Swedish Defence University) in 2004 and Rhetoric and Composition at Demosthenes in 2002. Overall, their educational background encompasses a range of fields related to communication, marketing, leadership, and defense.
