Tony Franke

Tony Franke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tony started their career as a Shipping Trainee/Assistant at Maersk Group in 1983 and then worked as a Management Secretary at FSR - danske revisorer from 1988 to 1991. Tony later became a Project Manager at Action (reklamebureau/advertising agency) in 1991 and then moved on to become a Kommunikationschef/Manager Communications at FSR - danske revisorer from 1992 to 1995. Tony then joined DANSK IT as the CEO in 1995 and held the position until 2013. Tony also founded their own company, SIXAM, where they served as the Founder/Owner from 2013 to 2016. Tony had a role as Director (Board member) at ECDL Foundation from 2005 to 2017. Tony then worked as the COO at ITAMOrg from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Tony is working at Brunata a/s, where they started as a Legal Counsel in 2019 and now serves as the Direktør/Vice President (Legal, IT & HR) from July 2021 onwards. Additionally, they are also the Chairman of the Board at ICDL Foundation since 2017.

Tony Franke attended the A.P. Moller-Maersk Shipping School from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Shipping. Tony then pursued a degree in Marketing at the Copenhagen Business School from 1984 to 1990. Lastly, they attended the University of Copenhagen from 1988 to 1995, where they earned a cand.jur./master degree in Law.
