Jennie Stapleford Assoc Cipd

Jennie Stapleford, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced professional in people development with a strong background in training and team management. Currently serving as a People Development Officer at Brunelcare since July 2017, Jennie previously held the role of Retail Operations Trainer at Allianz Insurance from February 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included the design and delivery of technical and soft skills training for employees. Prior to this, Jennie's career included management as a Call Centre Team Manager at Bank of Ireland from 2004 to September 2010, and leadership as a Team Leader at RAC between 1996 and 2003. Jennie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Environmental Science from the University of the West of England and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Deyes High School.
