Maria Cecilia La Manna

She graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Bologna in 1987. In 1988, she obtained an Audit Master jointly organized by the University of Bologna and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors since 1990. Between 1989 and 1996, she developed and consolidated her economic-financial background working in PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as a financial auditor and subsequently in the Transaction Services division in the United Kingdom and in Italy. Working in Titan International Inc. (a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange), she gained extensive professional experience in acquisition, reorganization, integration and change management processes, developing synergistic commercial and operational projects at an international level. She contributed to the creation of the Titan Europe division, making acquisitions in Europe, Brazil, North America, India, Turkey, Australia and China. In 2004, as Chief Executive Officer, she managed the listing of Titan Europe Plc. at the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, holding the position of Group Chief Operating Officer.

Since 2007, she has been the Managing Director of the Italtractor ITM S.p.A. group, and since 2013 that of President of the Titan ITM Holding S.p.A. group, a global player in the design, production and distribution of machinery components in the agricultural, mining and construction sectors. This group, which operates through production and commercial companies in Europe, North America, Brazil, Australia, China and India, has been controlled since 2012 by the American company Titan International Inc..

Since 2016, she has been a Director in the Board of Technogym S.p.A, serving as Lead Independent Director and President of the Control & Risks Committee.
