Richard J.

Richard J. has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Richard started their career as a Senior Project Engineer at Pentair, where they designed and developed water technologies. Richard later worked at Case New Holland, where they focused on design and development for agricultural equipment. At Ark-les, they were responsible for the design of electro-mechanical components used in the appliance industry. Richard then joined Snap On Tools as a Senior Design Engineer, where they worked on improving spray system enclosures for automotive repair equipment. Richard also worked at InSinkErator, a division of Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where they served as a Project Engineer and later a Product Liability Engineer and Division Safety Officer. In these roles, they managed projects, prepared regulatory submissions, and led cross-functional teams. Richard's experience also includes positions at Briggs & Stratton and Spacesaver Corporation, where they worked on new product development and project management. Most recently, they were employed at Bruno Independent Living Aids as the Chief Engineer for Accessibility-Stairlifts, focusing on new product development and product redesigns.

Richard J. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Richard also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Engineering (Biological Systems Engineering) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to their formal education, Richard J. has obtained a certification in Effective Communication and Human Relation Skills from Dale Carnegie Training. Richard also has a certification as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Wisconsin.
