Devin Chinault

Devin Chinault is an experienced professional in emergency medical services and public safety communications. Currently serving as an Emergency Operations-Communications Specialist at the Virginia Department of Health Office of Emergency Medical Services since October 2022, Devin also holds a position as a Public Safety Telecommunicator with the Brunswick County Sheriffs Office since December 2018. Previously, Devin has worked as a Lead Analyst at the Virginia Department of Emergency Management and as an EMS Supervisor and Operations Officer with Southside Rescue Squad, where responsibilities included employee supervision, grant writing, and training coordination. With extensive paramedic experience at Victoria Fire & Rescue and Lifestar Ambulance Service, Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Southside Virginia Community College.
