Michelle Hutchinson

Michelle Hutchinson is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst for Brunswick County since March 2023, Michelle previously worked as a GIS Analyst for the City of Wilmington, NC from July 2007 to March 2023. Michelle's dedication to wildlife welfare is evident through volunteer work at Skywatch bird rescue from February 2015 to February 2023. Prior roles include GIS Specialist at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. and Photo Interpreter-GIS Specialist at EarthData International, along with earlier experience as a Photo Interpreter-cartographer at Geonex. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of South Florida and graduated from Bolingbrook High School.
