Charles Pretzlik

Charles recently joined Brunswick’s London office with extensive experience in capital markets and media. He is a trusted advisor to FTSE 100 companies and shareholders across a range of sectors, advising on more than 70 IPOs, rights issues, placings and M&A transactions.

Prior to Brunswick, Charles spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan Cazenove, where he was Executive Director in the UK Equity Capital Markets team. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Cazenove, Charles spent 10 years at the Financial Times where he was Banking Editor, leading the financial services team in London. Before that, Charles spent 5 years at the Daily Telegraph, where he was a City Correspondent.
