Roberta has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of communications, including corporate positioning, crisis, media relations, stakeholder engagement and media training.
She holds a journalism degree and has graduation in management at Insper and in international corporate communications at Syracuse University. As a journalist, Roberta has worked as a reporter in leading Brazilian business publications, including Valor Econômico, Gazeta Mercantil and Folha de S. Paulo. In 2003, she co-authored a book on corporate innovation, published by Valor Econômico. She is a columnist at two Brazilian communication portals and member of the Diversity on Boards committee, an initiative of several entities focused on raising the participation of women on boards.
Before joining Brunswick, in 2013, she was a consultant and editor of the Brazilian Association of Corporate Communications Aberje’s magazine, Comunicação Empresarial. Prior to that, she coordinated the corporate communications department at Brasilprev Seguros e Previdência, a pension management company.
