Maurício then joined Everis Spain / Everis Mexico as a manager / partner management consultant, where they were responsible for the Management Consulting Business in Mexico between 2003 and 2006 and elected Partner in 2005.

Maurício França has an MBA in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a CEAG in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineer from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
