Filip Gustavsson

Filip Gustavsson is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Head of Operations at Brunswick Real Estate since February 2022, while also holding the position of CEO at Bohild and acting as Fund Manager. Prior to this, Filip spent over seven years at Akelius Residential Property AB, progressing through various roles including Senior Investment Manager, Head of London, Head of Stockholm South, and Investment Manager, starting as a Trainee. Education includes a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Economics, both from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2014.
