Derek Thornberry

Derek Thornberry is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Director at Brunswick Corporation since July 2024. Previously, Derek held HR Director positions at Rust-Oleum Corporation and Polaris Industries, and served as Senior HR Director at Medline Industries, LP. Throughout a career starting at Lockheed Martin, Derek has successfully designed and implemented talent planning processes, managed comprehensive compensation reviews, and partnered with senior leadership to drive HR strategies across various functions, including Finance, Marketing, and Digital Transformation.
