Will Sangster has an extensive background in leadership and business development within the marine and automotive industries. Sangster served as Chairman of the Australian Outboard Engine Distributors Association from January 2016 to January 2020, representing major brands such as Mercury and Yamaha. Other key roles include President for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Mercury Marine EMEA from October 2021 to September 2024, and Senior Vice President & President of Business Acceleration at Brunswick Corporation since August 2024.
