Scott Roberts

Scott Roberts serves as the Chief Merchandising Officer at BRUNT Workwear since July 2025, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President at Robery Manor Properties, LLC since April 2018. Prior to these roles, Scott was with Columbia Sportswear Company from February 2019 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading global merchandising teams and managing footwear merchandising. A seasoned leader with extensive experience at Nike and various companies, Scott has a proven track record in strategic planning, product creation, and merchandising, driving growth and profitability. Scott's career includes roles at Savier Skateboarding, Gravis Footwear, and Columbia Sportswear, complemented by a degree in Sport Science from the University of Idaho.
