Victoria Gutierrez

Victoria Gutierrez is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Merchandising Officer at Wonder since November 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria held the positions of SVP and Chief Merchandising Officer at Sysco from July 2021 to October 2025, and Vice President of Merchandising with a focus on business operations and retail category management. Victoria was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2014 to June 2021, providing strategic guidance to retail and private equity clients. Additional experience includes serving as an Advisor for Noble Brewer Beer Company, where Victoria contributed to business planning and PR strategy, and as Vice President at JAX Vineyards, overseeing winery operations and marketing. Victoria holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS with Honors from Northwestern University.
