Chuck LeVan has a robust background in the restaurant industry, serving in various managerial roles since 2000. Currently the General Manager at Bru's Room Sports Grill since June 2015, Chuck previously held managerial positions at Millers Ale House from October 2013 to May 2015, and at TGI Fridays from June 2006 to October 2013, where responsibilities included roles as General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Earlier experience includes a management role at Dave and Busters from July 2000 to June 2006. In terms of education, Chuck earned a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale between 2009 and 2011, as well as an Associate of Arts (AA) in Psychology from Penn State University.
