Sophie Small (Hons)

Sophie Small BA (Hons) is an experienced Human Resources Administrator currently working at BRUSH Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sophie held HR positions at DHG UK and FCC Construcción, where responsibilities included serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and managing complex absence and sickness cases. Sophie began their career in retail at Wilko, where duties encompassed recruitment, payroll management, and customer service, following an earlier role as a Sales Assistant at John Lewis & Partners. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales, completed in May 2020.
