Audrey van de Velde

Audrey Van de Velde currently serves as the Head of Organisation Development & Transformation at Brussels Airport since November 2025. Prior to this role, Audrey held various positions at Barry Callebaut Group, including Director, Global HR Business Partner from July 2021 to October 2025, and was also an HR Business Partner for multiple regions. Earlier experience includes roles at Mondelēz International, where Audrey was the HR Business Lead Integrated Supply Chain Europe, and at Delhaize Belgium as a Change Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager. Audrey's career began as an HR Consultant at Michael Page International and as a Customer Advisor at D'Ieteren Lease. Audrey holds a Master's degree in Management from Louvain School of Management and furthered education at ICHEC.
