Dieter Scheltjens

Head Of Mobility Services at Brussels Airport Company

Dieter Scheltjens began their work experience in 2005 as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management at Accenture. Dieter then worked as a Consultant in the Supply Chain Management Service Line, participating in projects across various industries. Dieter also served as a Project Lead for the international roll-out of an Indirect Procurement template for a Bio-Pharma company.

In 2011, Dieter became a Project Manager at Accenture and later took on the role of Master Data Management. Dieter then worked as a Project manager for ERP Value Assessment projects, focusing on process optimization and future ERP system requirements. Dieter also provided sourcing support for clients in strategic sourcing processes.

In 2014, Dieter took on the role of Manager at Accenture and served as a Project Manager on a project for a small company in the food industry, using six sigma techniques to improve efficiency and develop a business case for an ERP solution.

In 2015, Dieter joined Brussels Airport Company as the Car Park and Car Rental Business Manager. Dieter later became the Mobility Services Manager and was eventually promoted to Head of Mobility Services in 2019.

Most recently, in 2020, Dieter became the Owner and Founder of Itchy Feet Campervans, using their passion for road trips and camping adventures to start a side business renting out small campervans suitable for travelers.

Dieter Scheltjens obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from Uhasselt, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
