Roland Coppin has a diverse work experience, primarily in the aviation industry. Roland has worked at Brussels Airport Company in various roles, including Head of Health & Safety, Organization Development expert, Manager Employee Wellbeing, and Consultant Ground Handling. In these positions, they were responsible for managing health and safety policies, implementing organizational development strategies, promoting employee wellbeing, and overseeing ground handling projects. Prior to their time at Brussels Airport Company, they were the Owner of IOLAUS gcv and Chief Operating Officer at Herculean cvba. Roland also has experience at Brussels Airport Company as Head of Operational Control, Manager Aeronautical Charges and Regulations, and Project Manager Airport Business Development.
Roland Coppin's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at KU Leuven to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. Roland completed their studies in 1999. In 1999, they continued their education at KU Leuven and obtained a Master's degree in business economics in 2000.
