Benjamin Geraerts has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Benjamin started their career at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2011 as a Brand Representative, where they worked until 2016. In 2015, they co-founded Icon Agency and has been involved in the company since then. In the same year, they also joined Simply Better as a Project Manager until 2018. In 2020, they became the Head of Sponsorship at Brussels Expo until 2022 when they were promoted to the position of Head of Partnerships & Hospitality. In 2021, they joined Les Ardentes Festival as the Head of Hospitality, and later in 2022, they took on the role of Head of Sponsorship & Hospitality. Benjamin Geraerts has a strong background in sales, partnerships, and event management.

Benjamin Geraerts attended EPHEC from 2013 to 2016, studying Marketing. In 2013 and 2014, they also attended Ichec Brussels Management School to obtain a Diplôme en gestion commerciale. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2009, Benjamin attended "Institut secondaire Notre Dame des Champs" in Brussels, where they earned their BAC.
