Baptiste Cagnina

Baptiste Cagnina currently serves as Chief of Staff at Brussels South Charleroi Airport, where responsibilities include leading the execution of the 2041 Strategic Plan and acting as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and Permanent Committee. Prior to this role, Baptiste held the position of Senior Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Belfius Insurance, leading strategic projects for the CEO and Management Committee. At Deloitte Belgium, Baptiste was a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Operations division, contributing to various industry projects and managing teams to support clients in strategic initiatives. Early career experiences include an internship at BASF and participation in the Extreme Blue program at IBM, where innovative project leadership skills were developed. Baptiste holds a Master's degree in Finance and Marketing from UCL Mons, having also studied Finance and Entrepreneurship at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, along with earlier education culminating in a CESS degree.
