Martha Cadena is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Attaché scientifique at Bruxelles Environnement - Leefmilieu Brussel IBGE-BIM since 2012. Martha's background includes a role as an intern in the Climate Change Department at the Environment Secretary of the Municipality of Quito, where participation in the Climate Agreement Summit of Quito and analysis of the Climate Change Strategy were key responsibilities. With a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Management from the University of Liège and a strong foundation in geography from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Martha has contributed to various projects related to climate change, environmental management, and sustainable development across multiple organizations, demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability and strategic implementation.
