Julie Lapenskie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in palliative care research and support for vulnerable populations. Currently, Julie serves as the Manager of the Pan-Canadian Palliative Care Research Collaborative at Bruyère, having previously held roles as a Research Associate and Coordinator within the same division. With a background in supporting children battling cancer at Ronald McDonald House Charities and coordinating recreational activities for older adults at Riverstone Retirement Communities, Julie has demonstrated a commitment to health and wellness across various age groups. Julie's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Adult Development and Aging from Queen's University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
