Lisa Vail

Lisa Vail is the Chief Nursing Officer & VP of Patient Care Services at Bryan Health. Lisa has been in this role since December 2012. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Patient Care at Liberty Hospital from July 1994 to November 2012. Lisa has also held positions as the Director of CCU/Telemetry at Presbyterian Hospital and the Clinical Director- Telemetry at St. Francis Health Center.

Lisa Vail began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Luther College. Lisa then went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from The University of Kansas. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Organizational Leadership from The University of Kansas. Lisa also holds certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Executive, Advanced- Board Certified (NEA-BC).

Lisa Vail reports to Russ Gronewold, President & CEO. They are on a team with Mike Dewerff - Chief Financial Officer, Eric Mooss - VP, Operations & President, Bryan Physician Network, and David Reese - VP, Clinical & Support Services.
