Melissa Carpenter

Melissa Carpenter serves as the Director of Employee Experience at Bryan Health since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Human Resources Department and fostering an engaged culture. Previously, Melissa held multiple roles including Human Resources Partner - Employee Relations at Ultimate Software, delivering management and leadership programs, and Human Resources Director at Nebraska Community Blood Bank, where strategic HR direction and compliance were key focuses. Additional experience includes staff development and training positions at organizations such as CEDARS and Kenexa. Melissa holds a BS in Human Resources and Family Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
