Jen Satrom

Jen Satrom currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at ENTRUST Solutions Group, a position held since November 2019, where responsibilities include acting as an HR business partner for multiple business channels comprising 1,800 employees. Prior to this role, Jen spent nearly two decades at QC Data, culminating in the position of Human Resources Director, providing comprehensive HR services for over 200 employees across US and UK operations. Jen's extensive HR experience encompasses positions such as HR Manager, Sr. HR Generalist, and HR Generalist, where a focus on compliance programs and employee relations was prevalent. Earlier in the career, Jen taught English at East China Normal University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in Asian Studies from St. Olaf College.
