Valerie Hunt

Valerie (Lemke) Hunt is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and major gift development. Currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts at Bryan Health since May 2012, Valerie manages the operations of the Bryan Foundation, leading significant fundraising initiatives that include successfully closing a $20M+ campaign for Bryan's Comprehensive Community Cancer Center and exceeding the $40M+ goal for Bryan’s first comprehensive campaign, b2020. Previous positions include Assistant Dean of Development at West Virginia University, where Valerie managed comprehensive campaigns, and Director of Development at the University of Northern Colorado Foundation. Valerie holds an M.B.A. from Regis University and a B.S. in Business Marketing and Management from Northwest Missouri State University, along with a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
