Emili Sperling Bennett has extensive work experience in leadership development, organizational strategy, career coaching, and executive coaching. Emili currently works as Vice President at Bryant Group, where they oversee leadership development. Prior to this, they worked at Indiana University Alumni Association as Project Management Lead and Acting Director of Career & Professional Development, where they provided high-quality consulting services to corporate and government clients. Emili also co-founded Bennett Professional Consulting, LLC., a boutique firm that provides customized executive coaching, organizational team development, and career transition services. Finally, they served as a Senior Assistant Director and Assistant Director of Admissions at Indiana University Bloomington.

Emili Sperling Bennett earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington. Emili later pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology with a focus on Human Resources Development and Organizational Leadership at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In 2016, Emili obtained an Advanced Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification and later received a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification in 2021 from the International Coaching Federation. Emili also holds several additional certifications, including a Post-Graduate Certificate in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching and certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Strong Interest Inventory.
