David Belcher

David Belcher has seven years of professional work experience. David began their career in 2012 as an Intern at the Commercial Spaceflight Federation. In 2013, they held internships at ATK and the Aerospace Industries Association. David also worked as a Research Assistant at Futron Corporation. From 2014 to 2018, they held positions at Avascent as an Analysis Manager and Senior Market Analyst. David then moved to Progressive Insurance, where they worked as a Subrogation Specialist and Senior Claims Representative. Since 2020, they have been a Senior Analyst - Program Manager at BryceTech.

David Belcher obtained a Master of Arts in International Science and Technology Policy from The George Washington University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Cleveland State University between 2010 and 2012.
