Jazmine Jeffries has a long and varied work experience. Jazmine began their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Little Creek Commissary. In 2011, they held two positions simultaneously, as an LSM College Ambassador and Intern at Liquid Soul and a Summer Intern at Outerconsulting LLC. In 2013, they began working as a National Senior Recruiter/Account Manager at NSC Technologies Inc. and in 2015, they became a Staffing Consultant at Randstad USA. In 2016, they worked as a Director of Marketing and Talent Management, Recruiting Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager at PotomacWave. In 2019, they moved to CENTRA Technology, Inc. as a Talent Manager, and in 2020, they became the Director of HR and Talent Management and a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at BryceTech.

Jazmine Jeffries attended Hampton University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
