Paul Schiele

Paul Schiele has extensive experience in business development, operations and management. Paul began their career in 1980 as an Army Officer, NBC Defense, Force Protection, Operations for the US Army. In 2004, they became the VP for Business Development, Threat Mitigation Division and Director Counter WMD Directorate at Camber Corporation. In 2016, they were the Director of Business Development at Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. (MTEQ) and Director Of Business Development, Army, USAF, Joint Business Unit at Patricio Enterprises, Inc. In 2018, they became the VP, Business Development at Decision Point Corporation. In 2019, they were the Business Development Manager at Akira Technologies, Inc. and in 2021, they were the Director Of Business Development - DoD at Anika Systems. Currently, they are the Capture Manager at BryceTech.

Paul Schiele attended Christopher Newport University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Pol Sci degree. Paul then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Management from National Louis University, which they completed in 2000.
