Katie Surkin

Katie Surkin has extensive experience in client relations and support, currently serving as a Board Member for the Northeast Regional Computing Program (NERCOMP) since April 2021. At Bryn Mawr College, where employment began in December 2006, Katie has advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager for Client Relationships and Support and Manager of Public Service Desks, focusing on coordinating Service Desk operations, providing technical leadership, and overseeing professional development for both student and professional staff. Previous positions include Service Desk Coordinator and Help Desk Associate. Katie earned an AB in English and Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College, following graduation from Hazleton Area High School.
