Zainab Batool

Zainab Batool is a Software Engineer at Microsoft since July 2021, previously interning with the company in summer 2020 on the Azure Networking SWAN team. Zainab serves as a Major Representative for Computer Science at Bryn Mawr College, organizing community events and facilitating communication between students and faculty to improve college major requirements. As an International Student Leader for Rewriting the Code and a Quantitative Mentor at Bryn Mawr College, Zainab supports students in quantitative reasoning and has designed an introductory Java course. Previous internships at Fidelity Investments involved delivering a new home-screen feature for an Android app, while earlier roles included transition and support tasks at the IT Help Desk and teaching assistance in physics. Zainab holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science from Bryn Mawr College and completed a high school diploma at Karachi Grammar School.
