Marcos is currently the Vice President at Bryson Gillette. Marcos has previous experience working as a Fellow at the Los Angeles Unified School District and as an Associate at SKDKnickerbocker.

At Los Angeles Unified School District, Marcos wrote speeches, talking points, and internal communications for the Superintendent and senior leadership. Marcos also collaborated on crisis communications, drafting press releases, creating media kits, developing communications for all stakeholders, and preparing briefs for press conferences. In addition, Marcos executed communication strategies for campaigns on community engagement, student attendance, and events. Marcos also developed concepts and scripts for bi-weekly Superintendent video messages to staff, families, and students.

At SKDKnickerbocker, Marcos drafted scripts for political campaign ads and developed other political and creative materials for clients. Marcos also managed various client relationships, served as the point of contact for day to day needs, researched new media targets, created press lists, and pitched reporters to implement media strategy. In addition, Marcos translated campaign and other communications materials to Spanish for clients. Marcos was also the Executive Assistant for two managing directors, handling scheduling, travel logistics, and meetings.

Marcos graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.

They are on a team with Jason - VP, Jacqueline - VP. Sloane - Manager, Sean - Manager report to Marcos. Their manager is Shira, Partner, Managing Director - Public Affairs.
