Gina Cravey

Gina Cravey has extensive experience in clinical research and compliance. Gina has worked as the Director of Clinical Trials and Research Compliance at BSA Health System since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Clinical Research Manager at BSA Harrington Cancer Center from 2012 to present. In this role, they oversee multiple oncology research protocols, manages fiscal resources, and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies. Before joining BSA Harrington Cancer Center, Gina worked at Amarillo Heart Group as a Clinical Research Manager and Coordinator, where they focused on research compliance, training programs, recruitment strategies, and staff management. Gina began their career as a Staff Registered Nurse at Amarillo Heart Group.

Gina Cravey completed their education in a chronological manner. Gina first attended Amarillo College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. After that, they pursued further studies at West Texas A&M University and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in the same field.

In addition to their formal education, Gina has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they became a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, and later that same year, they also obtained the Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC®) certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. In 2015, Gina earned the Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance certification from the Compliance Certification Board.
