Goudhaman Rathinam has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional HR Manager at TI Cycles of India since September 2017, and previously held the position of Assistant Manager. Goudhaman's career in human resources began in May 2006 with the Murugappa Group as an HR Executive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) obtained from V.R. College, Nellore between 2012 and 2015, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGDPMIR) from Alagappa University in 2011-2012, and multiple MBAs in Human Resources from the University of Madras completed between 2006 and 2008.

Established in 1949 by the Murugappa Group in collaboration with Tube Investments (UK), TI Cycles is the first bicycle company in India to change the cycle retail landscape, both in urban and rural areas.
