Audrey A. Katona, MBA, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Audrey A. started their career in 2007 at Starbucks, where they rose to the position of Shift Supervisor. In this role, they managed employees, handled customer needs, and managed cash transactions.

In 2011, Audrey joined the City of Woodstock as a Development Services Representative. Audrey A. greeted and assisted customers, gaining valuable experience in customer service and administration. Audrey A. then transitioned to the role of Accountant, where they performed a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including bank reconciliation and deposit preparation. In their most recent role at the City of Woodstock as a Financial Analyst, Audrey was responsible for managing the three largest funds of the City's annual budget, ensuring accurate financial reporting and allocation.

Since 2017, Audrey has been working at BS&A Software as a Financial Management Implementation and Training Specialist. In this role, they assist in the implementation and training of financial management projects for municipalities. Their responsibilities include instructing end-users on how to efficiently operate financial and utility billing programs.

Audrey A. obtained their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree, specializing in Government Administration, from Kennesaw State University in the years 2010-2013. Concurrently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General, at the Michael J. Coles College of Business within Kennesaw State University.

Prior to their graduate studies, Audrey completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they attended The University of Georgia from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on International Relations and Affairs. Audrey's education journey began with their high school education at Baylor School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Audrey has obtained certifications in the field of local government finance. In 2014, they earned the Local Government Finance Officer Certification Level II from the Carl Vinson Institute of Government. During the same year, they also acquired the Local Government Finance Officer Certification Level I from the same institution.
