Joe DeSalvio

Joe DeSalvio is BSA’s, Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he leads the finance team in planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of BSA, including BSA Software Services, Inc. (SSI) and Software.org: the BSA Foundation. In addition, DeSalvio oversees the human resources and IT teams.

Prior to joining BSA, DeSalvio was Chief Financial Officer at the Association for Financial Professionals, Inc., in Bethesda, MD, where he oversaw the financial and accounting functions of the consolidated organization which included international non-profit and for-profit subsidiaries. Joe has also held key finance and accounting roles at MarketBridge Corp., DecisionPath Consulting, AT&T Government Solutions, and MCI Telecommunications among other organizations.

DeSalvio holds an MS in Finance from The George Washington University, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy.
