Allison Baker

Allison Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison started their career as a WISE Scholar/Nutrition Researcher and later worked as a Supplemental Instructor Leader and Peer Supervisor at the University of Cincinnati. Allison then served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant in the Maternal and Infant Nutrition Lab.

Afterward, Allison joined Mercy Health Partners as a Clinical Dietitian specializing in Acute Care and ICU settings. Allison then transitioned to Kroger, where they held multiple roles including Consumer Affairs Dietitian, Director of Retail Dietetics, and Director of Nutrition Commercialization.

In 2019, Allison founded their own consulting company called Hazel + Dot Growth Consulting. Allison also worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Baze before taking on their current role as the Vice President of Growth at BSB Group International.

Additionally, Allison has contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati, teaching courses related to their expertise.
