Brooke Coleates

Brooke Coleates has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brooke started their career as a Dental Assistant at Dental Designs by Quandt in 2004 and then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Bay Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, they joined Cambria Suites Green Bay as a Front Desk Associate, eventually working their way up to the role of Hotel Manager. During their time there, they excelled in managing the upscale hotel, maintaining its top position on Trip Advisor and overseeing various aspects such as staff management, budgeting, marketing, and event planning. In 2012, they served as the General Manager at Residence Inn before joining BSC Group in 2013. At BSC Group, they held positions such as Project Administrator, Assistant Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Operations and Senior Associate. BSC Group is a multidisciplinary firm that provides engineering, planning, and construction services to clients in New England's transportation, energy, and land development markets. Throughout their work experience, Brooke has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Brooke Coleates obtained an Associate's Degree in Business from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Their education took place from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Brooke also obtained a Transformational DEI Certificate from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in November 2021.
