Ben Mondics

Ben Mondics currently serves as a Board Member for GCG and a Board Advisor for BSC Industries. Previous leadership positions include President and CEO of Kaman Distribution and ERIKS North America, as well as President of the Friction Controls Group at Kaydon Corporation. Ben Mondics also held various roles at Applied Industrial Technologies, culminating as President and COO, with full P&L responsibility and strategic oversight. Early in the career, roles included Area Vice President managing significant sales operations and Marketing Director for the Bearings SBU. Ben Mondics holds a BS in Mining Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
